Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
coba8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified. Eligibility determination is at the sole discretion of coba8, and its decisions are final.
To access the full range of Services, including making deposits, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals, you must complete the coba8 Account registration process and, where required, successfully complete the KYC verification process.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading. coba8 is entitled to rely on the information provided by you as accurate.
Only one Account per person is permitted. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts are subject to immediate closure without prior notice, and all associated Wallet Balances and Bonus Funds may be forfeited.
coba8 is required to verify the identity of its Members in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks and internal anti-money laundering ("AML") policies. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of all required documents. coba8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to place a hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory verification. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or misleading documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party or allow any other person to access your Account on your behalf.
In the event that you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our customer support team immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. coba8 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
coba8 may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including two-factor authentication, device verification prompts, and anomalous activity alerts to protect your Account. You are encouraged to enable all available security features.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. coba8 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts and, following reasonable notice, to close inactive Accounts and return any remaining Real Money Balance to the Member via the last verified payment method on record, subject to completed KYC verification.
coba8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (via Maybank2u and FPX), CIMB (via CIMB Clicks), Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and USDT TRC20 (Tether on the TRON network). Accepted methods are subject to change, and the current list is displayed on the Platform at all times.
All funds deposited into your coba8 Wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from a payment account not belonging to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from as low as RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at point of transaction.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a verified payment method held in the Account holder's own name. To be eligible to withdraw, you must have: (a) successfully completed KYC verification; (b) fulfilled any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) not triggered any pending investigation or compliance review on your Account.
Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within approximately 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire within approximately 15 to 60 minutes. Processing times are estimates only and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
coba8 does not charge Members transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of coba8. Any fees applied by third-party payment processors are outside coba8's control.
coba8 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier benefits from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of its availability, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
In cases of dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, the decision of coba8 is final and binding. coba8 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from bonus play where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or breach of these Terms.
All games, betting markets, and wagering activities on the coba8 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available to Members within the Platform interface. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.
A wager or bet is not considered accepted until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. coba8 reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed: (a) after a market has been suspended or closed; (b) as a result of a technical malfunction; (c) where the odds or game outcome displayed was the result of a manifest error; or (d) where the bet is in breach of these Terms.
In the event of a Platform malfunction, server disruption, or technical error that affects the outcome or validity of a game round or bet settlement, coba8 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Member's Wallet Balance. No compensation will be paid for any consequential losses arising from such events. coba8 is not responsible for losses caused by your own internet connectivity issues or device failures.
Live and pre-match sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other covered events — are subject to market-specific rules governing event cancellation, postponement, abandonment, and result verification. Void rules, settlement procedures, and cancellation policies for each sport are published within the sports betting section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the coba8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the Services. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of coba8.
The coba8 name, logo, and associated branding elements are proprietary marks of coba8. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without express written authorisation. Unauthorised use of coba8's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coba8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
In all cases, coba8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises, or MYR 10,000, whichever is the lesser amount.
Disclaimer: coba8 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Services entirely at your own risk.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending compliance review.
coba8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your Account; or (d) your continued use of the Services poses a risk to other Members or to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination for breach, coba8 reserves the right to withhold all Wallet Balances, including Real Money Balances, pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, funds may be frozen in accordance with our obligations under applicable AML legislation and reported to relevant authorities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which coba8 operates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact coba8 customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint and the outcome you are seeking. coba8 will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly within a reasonable timeframe. The existence of a dispute does not entitle you to withhold payment of any amounts properly due to coba8.
coba8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying Members via the email address registered to their Account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the effective date of any new version.
Your continued use of the Services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and request closure of your Account. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
